Triggers
Triggers launch flows when something happens. For example, Data Event Trigger launches a flow when a data is changed in a third-party app and App Event Trigger launches flow when something happens in your app.
A typical trigger inside a flow blueprint looks like this:
# Flow Blueprint
triggers:
on-contact-added:
type: data-event
name: Contact Added Event
config:
connectionId: ...
collectionUri: ...
events:
entrypointKey: entrypoint
Triggers have the following properties:
  • type - one of the trigger types provided by integration.app. You can find the full list of node types in sub-pages of this page.
  • name - how this trigger will be called in the UI - both in Integration Console and in the flow configuration UI for your users.
  • config - configuration of the trigger. Each trigger type has its own configuration format. You can find it on the corresponding trigger's page.
